Job DescriptionAbout this job :

We are looking for an Office Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day office administration. The selected individual would also be exposed to HR and facility-related work to provide efficient support on all office operations and administration.

About the role : Perform onboarding and offboarding arrangement such as access card creation, obtention of corporate credit card, Concur training, etc.

Manage office mail and courier, deliveries, etc.Purchase and maintain office inventories and ensure continuous supply, maintain the upkeeping of office premises, etc.

Main contact with Building Management on maintenance matters, ensure in compliance with Health and Safety regulationsLiaise with vendors / suppliers on invoicing matters, ensure prompt payment to various utilities, office maintenance services are madeParticipate in various office related committees (social, health and safety, business continuity planning, etc.

Ensure proper and timely preparation and arrangements for board meetingsHelp with coordination of appointments for executives and travel arrangement as neededAct as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersNote taking in management meetingsMeet and greet visitors as neededPerform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required

QualificationsCompetencies : Good spoken and written EnglishGood knowledge of Office 365 applicationsEducation : You should have at least a Diploma or equivalentFurther Requirements : Minimum 5 years of general office / Facilities / HR Administrative experienceAbility to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levelsAbility to follow instructions and perform a wide range of tasksAbility to take initiative and be proactiveAble to work independentlyAttention to detail and strong organization skills are a must
