Overview

Thesuccessful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptionalexperience in people management process implementation andownership of day to day operations across various countries onbehalf of the client.
This will include experience working supplierside to deliver to high profile clients and a thoroughunderstanding of hard and soft FM servicedelivery.
KeyDuties :
Ownership ofday to day operations which includes daily management Pareto teamsand specialist service partners. This includes covering all corefunctions within;
Management Front of House Cleaning SecurityEngineering H&S Management Postroom Catering and all otherancillary services.
Weekly operational briefings with the clientrepresentative to explain the operational challenges andopportunities across the portfolio.
These weekly meetings will bedocumented and the minutes shared with all keystakeholders.
- Completionof monthly management reports that cover all services across allsites. This will extend to quarterly strategic reviews delivered tosenior stakeholders.
- Full accountability for understanding the baselinecontract and ensuring that all base services are delivered withoutexception.
Reporting weekly / monthly / quarterly to ensure allrequirements of the contract aremet.
- Act as the seniorpoint of decision making for the team and the key point ofescalation to ensure the client is free to manage at a strategiclevel.
- Completion of allHR related tasks including appraisals salary reviews anddisciplinary procedures.
- Manage core subcontractors effectively ensuring they areoperating in line with their specifications and delivering valuefor money.
- Completingquarterly audit reviews with all core subcontractors including SLAscoring.
- Provide supportfor large scaler projects across theportfolio.

EssentialCriteria :
- Suitablerecent and relevant FM experience
- A minimum ofIOSH Managing Safely qualified orequivalent.
- Strongknowledge of FM service delivery across all serviceslines
- Excellent planningand organisational skills
- Excellent verbal written communication and presentationskills
- Strong ITskills
- Ability to manageown workload and work on owninitiative
- Ability towork in and adapt to a rapidly changingenvironment
- Comfortablechallenging poor standards or behaviour and implementingchange
- Ability to workcooperatively with others to complete tasks and implement processimprovements.
- MultisiteFM management experiencepreferred
