Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

Matchbox Consulting Group in seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a leading electrical contracting company specializing in high-profile projects.

Known for quality and innovation, our client offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects in the commercial and residential sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Efficiently allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize impacts.
• Ensure workmanship meets project specifications and client expectations through quality control processes.
• Evaluate change requests, scope variations, and contract amendments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical contracting industry.
• Strong estimation skills.
• Proven track record of managing projects in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Proficiency with construction software.
