Recruiter (Contract)

Job purpose

This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Canadian Manufacturing / GMP recruiting.

Duties and responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Protect and improve the candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
• Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
• Provide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA / HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $75. to $85,. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental coverage and the employee assistance program. Contract employees also receive vacation pay and paid sick time.”
