Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of ICI projects, including light industrial, fire halls, sports facilities, and community infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
Manage budgets, schedules, and contract delivery
Coordinate consultants, trades, and site teams
Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ICI or similar sectors

Proven ability to deliver projects $3M–$15M

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Background in construction management or related field

Salary Range : $130,000 to $150,000
