Role Overview
We’re hiring a Director of Operations – Sales & Marketing to lead and synchronize sales, marketing, and operations across North America, particularly focused on independent elevator contractors. You’ll drive market share, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guide full-cycle sales of commercial & residential elevator packagesBuild and retain key account relationshipsCoach and expand the sales team, entering new territoriesUse pipeline metrics to steer growth decisionsLead branding, digital, trade shows, and lead-gen campaignsOversee sales collateral, technical docs, and digital contentExecute product launches and regional marketing initiativesEmploy CRM and automation tools to measure ROIForge partnerships with architects, developers, and GCsOperational Excellence
Align sales / marketing with supply chain, production, and supportManage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and profitabilityImplement KPIs and optimized processes for efficiencyEnhance fulfillment timelines and customer responseWhat You Bring
10+ years in sales / marketing / operations within elevators, construction, or mechanical systemsDeep expertise in elevator systems, North American codes, and the independent contractor marketProven success building and leading regional / national teamsStrong strategic and analytical capabilitiesExperience with CRM / ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)Seniority level
