This position is Maternity cover with the potential of a permanent role.
An exciting opportunity is available in our growing department to support all workshops with pre-calling customers to confirm their bookings and parts ordering. This role offers the flexibility to work either onsite or in a hybrid arrangement. Our locations are based in St Ives, Peterborough, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
While experience working with AUDI, CUPRA, SEAT, SKODA or VW and prior knowledge of vehicle parts is highly desirable, it’s not essential.

Main tasks of job :
Direct outbound calls to customers, pre-calls minimum 72 hours before customer appointments, ensuring excellent customer communicationWorking with partners and suppliers, ordering parts in advance of all customer bookings, ensuring efficiency throughout the businessResearching customer vehicle history for the purpose of adding potential to all bookings to ensure retention, ease for customer, efficiency, and customer loyaltyUpdating the customer database to ensure data accuracy and GDPR complianceOngoing, consistent support across all of Quattro-Tech front of house roles. Physical support when required ensuring a high level of customer serviceMaintains positive relationships with customers, team members and suppliers to ensure great communication and customers that returnDisplay extensive knowledge about products and servicesAssisting sites with administrative tasks including tracking log, site depts, and data entryRequirements :
Full UK Driving LicensePossess strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers accurately and conciselyAttention to detail, ensuring accuracy when checking service histories, adding parts and processing ordersGood organisation, being able to efficiently manage multiple bookings and tasksTechnical knowledge of vehicle parts, familiarity with Volkswagen Group a plusProficient in administrative tasks, comfortable operating booking systems and managing schedulesProblem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing service and parts issues with willingness to adjust to changing priorities or customer requestsApply Now
