- Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent
- Wage : $17.62 $19.00 / hour (depending on experience)
- Number of Positions : 2
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
- Staff meal and staff discount offered
Job Duties :
- Prepare an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect food service areas including kitchen
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Job requirements :
- Experience : 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education : Completion of secondary school is required.
