Our client is looking for a forklift mechanic with experience in material handling or aerial lift.
Job Duties
- First point of contact on all equipment-related issues, both on-site and off-site
- Develop and perform routine maintenance of forklift equipment
- Correctly diagnose faults or malfunctions and inform management of extent and possible costs of repair
- Perform maintenance of engines, engine overhauls, brakes, and various other equipment parts Perform on-site repair and maintenance services
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct weekly inspections and repairs of all vehicles and equipment, including on-site maintenance, if needed
- Maintain inventory of working tools and provide suggestions on improvements and / or changes
- Complete test and maintenance reports
- Maintain clean work areas Employment
