Job description

To meet the demands of our rapidly growing base of satisfied customers, we are seeking an experienced Renovation Plumber.  This skilled plumber would ideally have a variety of plumbing skills to support the growth of our business.  Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work.  Our customers love us!  We have over 50% repeat / referral customer base and our business is growing!

Responsibilities

The Plumber estimates, performs, and coordinates the installation, repair and service of plumbing and drainage systems in a home repair setting. You must have experience as a residential service and renovation plumber, and you must have a positive attitude.

  • Install, maintain and repair installed existing equipment and related to residential plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Work on bathroom or basement remodel & renovation projects (install taps, toilets, tubs, shower pans, drain systems and rough-in plumbing).
  • Attend to job specifications as it applies to your craft and in accordance with safety and building codes.
  • Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
  • Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.

    • Requirements

  • Must have current Driver's License and submit to a background check
  • Must have valid plumbing license, tools, vehicle and good references
  • Must have experience in estimating plumbing repair jobs
  • Must have experience dealing with service jobs and customer service
  • Must live in Scarborough or Durham Region
