In this position, the Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software.
This position for a long-term contract is based in the Mississauga, Ontario area.
What you get to do every single day
- Full cycle billing
- Entering drivers payroll information in the system
- Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Job Requirements :
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Payroll Functions experience
- Billing experience desired
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP system
- Bachelor's (BA / BS) degree in accounting or finance
