ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SOLUTIONS
The Client Solutions AVP is responsible for leading high-profile client relationships and managing a team of up to 30 digital media experts. As a client leader, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior clients and maintain relationships at the CMO level. You’ll also be a thought leader – solving client marketing challenges, overseeing development of sophisticated marketing & media plans, and leveraging data to develop insights and drive business results.
As a senior leader at Kepler, you’ll also be responsible for growing the Client Services organization, developing industry-leading media approaches and frameworks, identifying and codifying best practices, and refining Kepler’s unique approach to planning, client management and media deployment.
This isn’t your typical “account” job. The role demands a “roll up your sleeves” approach and a deep understanding of marketing and the ad tech ecosystem. Your team members will be both strong account leaders and technical experts. Your ability to inspire, coach and mentor staff is critical to success.
