Full Stack Developer

Location : Remote (Canada / Mexico / Argentina)

Time zone : PST

Top 3 Must Haves

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Hands‑on experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java‑based backend and modern frontend technologies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, plan development cycles, and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues during the assigned shift.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance tuning.

Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes.
