- Travel to construction sites required.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
- ASP Construction card (an asset).
- Good command of computer tools (Procore).

Location : Quebec City
Reporting to the Project Director, the commercial construction project manager will have the following tasks and responsibilities :
- Plan and supervise the key stages of construction projects.
- Collaborate with the various members of the team of project managers and coordinators to ensure the overall performance of assigned projects.
- Be the permanent link with the client and ensure deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.
- Actively participate in site meetings at all phases of commercial projects.
- Administer costs, risks, human, financial and material resources.
- Manage purchases and orders for materials and required equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety measures and report problems.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and laws in force (permits, subcontractors, provisional acceptance and end of contract).
- Master the technical and financial concepts of a commercial building construction project.
