• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and MS office suites.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.
• Experience with work-in-progress (WIP) reporting and percentage-of-completion calculations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their application to financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee budget processes and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Excellent auditing skills and experience implementing internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
