Food And Beverage Supervisor - Golf Operations

Job Description

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader with an entrepreneurial mindset? The Rise Resort is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Golf food outlets across Freddy’s Bistro, Dante’s Golf Lounge, and our Beverage Cart program.

This is a year-round leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, and is excited to bring progressive ideas that elevate the member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Golf F&B operations across Freddy’s Bistro, Dante’s Golf Lounge , and Beverage Cart , including register / service shifts throughout the week.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff; set clear service standards and expectations.
• Create and manage staff schedules aligned with tee sheet demand, events, weather, and peak periods.
• Manage inventory and storage standards (pars, FIFO rotation, loss prevention).
• Place food and beverage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Culinary Team and F&B leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and timing.
• Drive sales through creative promotions, seasonal programming, and on-course offerings.
• Maintain a 5-star guest experience; handle feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor service requirements.
• Track and communicate key metrics (sales, labour, inventory variances) and operational needs.
• Manage golf simulator bookings and operate for guests when needed.
