What will you do in this job? : The Chef de Partie Pastries will provide excellent guest experiences through the consistent preparation and focused execution of food items. Journeyman's Red Seal preferred, or equivalent1-3 years' management experience in a high-volume food service and restaurant operationExperience in demonstration of pastiesExperience in menu writing, development and costingStrong background in high volume and productionAbility to manage in a diverse environment with focus on customer serviceExperienced and proficient in the latest sanitation and HACCP standardsAbility to control operating costs - labour and foodComputer literacy is essentialBeing an effective administrator through inventory programsHighly organized with the ability to create consistency without compromising creativityComfortable working on your feet for extended periods of timeAdhere to the Pursuit grooming policyStandard first-aid or higher is an assetWhat will your work environment be like? :
