Accounts Receivable Clerk

Staffmax is helping our client hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 5-month contract. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing finance team.

Contract length: 5 months
Location: Vancouver, BC

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time

· Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts

· Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts

· Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments

· Maintain detailed and accurate financial records

Requirements:

· Previous experience in an accounts receivable or accounting role

· Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)

· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
