Senior Project Manager - Wood Frame, Vancouver
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of wood frame construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood frame construction, demonstrating leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Project Management in the development and execution of project plans.
Assist in coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and design-related challenges.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in wood frame construction in Canada.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
