Regional Operations Leader : Lean, Inventory & Service

The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across all ECCO supply branches, warehouses, and distribution centers. This role focuses on optimizing operations enterprise-wide to enhance customer service, streamline processes, and support the overall sales and distribution strategy. The Operations Manager will work closely with branch and distribution center leaders to ensure alignment with company goals, delivering high performance in inventory management, order fulfillment, and team leadership. The role emphasizes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and applying lean practices to achieve operational excellence across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

General Duties :

• Customer Focus & Brand Advocacy : Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently, enhancing the company’s One ECCO brand reputation in the market
• Workplace Collaboration : Foster positive relationships with colleagues and all ECCO employees
• Policy Adherence : Uphold ECCO’s Human Resources, Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Safety Champion : Actively contribute to ECCO’s safety program by making suggestions, setting a positive example, and prioritizing safety at work
