You will work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the user experience and ensure best practices in architecture and development. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on experience with AWS and React, and expertise in API-first development.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack and Frontend Engineers.Define and implement engineering best practices with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.Architect and develop solutions leveraging AWS stack and React.Ensure the development of high-quality APIs with an API-first mindset.Work with Kafka and other message bus technologies for event-driven architectures.Drive the development of mobile applications and SDKs, ensuring seamless integration and performance.Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.Qualifications7+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend and full-stack development.3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.Proven track record of success in delivering complex, scalable web applications.Strong expertise in React, AWS, and API-first development.Experience working with Kafka and other messaging technologies.Hands-on experience with mobile app development and SDKs.Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.We thank all candidates in advance.
