Location : St. Michael’s Grove Manor, Spruce Grove

Hours : 13.50 Hours / Week; 27 hours in 2 weeks – 0.35 FTE

Shift : DA Line 4; (4 shifts in 2 weeks; 1 : 15pm-9 : 00pm)

Status : Permanent Part-Time

The Organization

St. Michael’s Grove Manor is a 71-unit Supportive Living facility owned and operated by St. Michael’s Health Group and is located in Spruce Grove, Alberta.

Opportunity

We have a permanent part-time (13.50 hours / week) opportunity for a Dietary Aide position. The successful candidate will prepare, handle, and serve food to residents and visitors in accordance with established standards, departmental procedures and time schedules. In addition, the candidate will also clean kitchen equipment, floors and walls, operates the dishwasher and other machines, porter the hot food carts, and other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service to promote independence, be conscientious, and a caring individual
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
• Must be willing to work closely with seniors, and / or physically / mentally challenged individuals and within the value system of St. Michael’s Health Group.
