Inside Sales Account Manager

Our client provides medical health and dental insurance programs to Small-medium a large Business groups such as Labor Unions Credit Unions Associations School Districts and Community Organizations.

Although this is a sales position you will not be selling a product. Rather you will be selling the companys group benefit solutions. Our Benefits Consultants cultivate maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various groups and business owners. Our unique approach to building relationships includes leveraging a variety of programs to enhance value to employees groups and their membership.

Duties:

• Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
• Scheduling appointments; making initial (in person) presentation; understanding account requirements.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• One to Two years of related sales experience
