Insurance Representative

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency selling and servicing Desjardins Insurance products

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, customer service, and sales administration. If you possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Base salary of $60,000 with a Monthly Sales Bonus and an Annual Bonus

• You must be a forward thinking individual who is willing to provide exceptional customer service.
• An OTL ( Other than life ) license is a must.
• Health and Dental Benefits are included.

Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients, prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Utilize analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base

Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong background in customer service and sales administration
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate products
