Must be currently living in Canada with a valid SIN and able to work full time 40 hours a week long term

Inbound Call Center Position
Must speak Fluent in French and Fluent in English as some customers may only speak French
Must be able to work rotating shifts between the hours of 7am-12am EST 5 days a week (Schedule is provided in advance)
Must be comfortable working on a computer
Must have Customer Service Experience either in person, office or remote
Must have home internet and be able to hardwire in
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting or make product recommendations based on the customers need. Take payment, explain charges and help customers to navigate self-serve.
All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet

You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7am and midnight Monday to Sunday EST.
