Your Missions :

• Prepare, clean, and oil the molds used in the production of concrete parts.
• Follow the instructions on the manufacturing coupon to install the necessary openings and accessories in the formwork.
• Pour the concrete and finish the parts: demolding, inspection, correction of minor defects, and installation of accessories on the products.
• Use several types of hand tools (grinder, level, impact drill, trowel, etc.).
• Measure accurately using a tape measure and carefully follow the instructions on the manufacturing coupon.

Required profile:

• Reading blueprints (an asset).
• Dynamic, thorough, and able to work in a team.
• Ability to use tools manuals.

Conditions and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $24.73/hr + bonuses according to the collective agreement.
• Raise: $1.00/hr additional upon permanent employment.
• Bonuses: $150/month attendance and punctuality bonus + production bonus.
