Job description

Atlantic Growth Solutions is looking for a demand generation associate to create awareness and interest for our client in the aviation industry. This position will combine cold outreach, relationship building, and social media content creation to reach the ideal customer profile.ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sales tools, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.Creating engaging and relevant social media content on behalf of the customer geared towards their ideal customer profileBuild short and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.Qualifications1-2 years of experience with B2B marketing / sales or completion of post-secondary in a business-related fieldProficient with Hubspot email marketing platform and CRMExperience in an aviation-related industry preferredExperience with social media content creation and CanvaExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships with potential customersAbout Atlantic Growth SolutionsAGS works with companies in all industries who are focused on driving sustainable repeatable growth.
