Job Title : Lead Generation Associate

Location :  Langley

Type :  Internship (with the possibility of a full-time position after 3-6 months based on performance)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research & Outreach :  Conduct online research to gather contact details of Realtors.
  • High Volume Calling :  Make a minimum of 50–75 calls per day to Realtors, establishing meaningful connections.
  • CRM Management :  Accurately enter details of agents into our CRM system.
  • Appointment Scheduling :  Schedule 5 appointments per day (25 per week or 100 per month) and mark them on the calendar.
  • Follow-Up :  Send timely reminders and ensure scheduled appointments turn into productive meetings.
  • Reporting :  Provide daily reports to the Manager, tracking your progress and outcomes.

    Compensation : ( During Probation)

  • 20 / Appointment or meeting
  • 100 Bonus per conversion
  • Target achievement bonus of $500

    • On Target Earning

  • 100 x 20 = $2000
  • 20 x 100 = $2000 (based on 20% conversion ratio)
  • Bonus = $500
  • Monthly Total = $4500 ( $54000 per year)

    • After Probationary period of 3-6 months, based on performance candidate may be eligible for a Full time on-roll position with a starting Salary of $3000 / month + hiring bonus + paid vacations + benefits :

  • Talent Acquisition Trainee (6 months)
