Learning Support Assistant

Horizon Teachers are working with Primary school based in Lewisham, assisting in their search for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a skilled and devoted team, supporting across Reception, Key Stage 1 and 2. You'll be working across different year groups, delivering focused 1 : 1 and small group intervention for pupils with SEND and complex needs, as well as supporting with general learning. You will work alongside teachers and TA's ensuring children are best supported in accordance with their needs. The school is easily accessible via public transport and has outstanding learning and extracurricular facilities for their pupils.

• Experience supporting children in Primary schools
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND is a bonus!

• Confident in your ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
