Le rôle

Le ou la Head of Innovation occupe un rôle à fort impact et à haut niveau de confiance travaillant directement avec notre cofondateur et Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) pour bâtir à partir de zéro les fondations de notre département Innovation.

Cest un rôle pour quelquun qui sépanouit dans lambiguïté qui apporte de la structure à la complexité et qui conçoit des systèmes permettant à linnovation davancer vite et de livrer de vrais résultats.

Tu définiras le modèle opérationnel les processus et les rythmes qui transforment les idées en expérimentations les expérimentations en résultats et les résultats en capacités durables reprises par dautres équipes. Ton objectif : faire en sorte que linnovation dépasse léquipe Innovation elle-même et sancre réellement dans lorganisation.

Si bâtir quelque chose à partir de rien transformer des idées floues en systèmes clairs et évolutifs et activer une innovation qui vit bien au-delà dune seule équipe tenthousiasme ce rôle est pour toi.

Responsabilités clés

Partenariat stratégique

  • Agir comme véritable multiplicateur de force pour le CIO.

  • Traduire la vision et la stratégie en priorités claires en séquençage et en plans exécutables.

  • Assurer lalignement exécutif : veiller à ce que les initiatives dinnovation soient bien comprises et alignées au sein de léquipe de direction.

  • Maintenir une vue densemble du portefeuille dinnovation : suivre lavancement les dépendances et les résultats en lien avec les objectifs daffaires produit et techno.

  • Identifier rapidement les contraintes risques et arbitrages et proposer des solutions pragmatiques avant quils ne ralentissent lélan.

Opérations & exécution

  • Concevoir et opérer le moteur du département Innovation.

  • Définir le modèle opérationnel les processus et les rythmes dexécution qui transforment des idées brutes en résultats livrés et scalables.

  • Piloter lexécution de bout en bout : structurer des expérimentations et pilotes aligner les équipes transversales et lever les obstacles.

  • Faire passer à léchelle ce qui fonctionne : assurer un transfert clair vers les équipes cœur avec ownership contexte et momentum.

  • Élever le niveau : recruter des talents exceptionnels établir des attentes claires en matière downership et de résultats et bâtir une culture fidèle à lADN du CIO.

Gouvernance & activation organisationnelle

  • Rendre linnovation durable et répétable.

  • Suivre les progrès résultats et apprentissages afin que les insights saccumulent dans le temps.

  • Mettre en place une gouvernance légère : cadres de décision clairs équilibre entre vitesse et responsabilité.

  • Gérer les leviers opérationnels : budgets fournisseurs et partenaires externes pour maximiser limpact.

  • Fournir des signaux clairs pour guider les décisions : quoi amplifier itérer ou arrêter.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise de langlais requise pour les communications quotidiennes avec des collègues et partenaires internationaux.

  • 10 ans dexpérience en opérations stratégie consultation en management technologie ou rôle similaire dans un contexte de forte croissance ou de scale-up.

  • Excellente aisance technique avec expérience de collaboration étroite avec des équipes dingénierie produit ou données pour livrer des solutions concrètes (atout).

  • Expérience démontrée dans des initiatives 0 1 avec capacité à naviguer lambiguïté via lexpérimentation lexécution et les premières phases de mise à léchelle.

  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale et capacité à influencer des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.

  • Intelligence émotionnelle élevée jugement sûr et discrétion avec aisance dans un rôle de partenaire de confiance auprès dun cofondateur.

  • Fort esprit de résolution de problèmes et mentalité axée sur lownership.

  • Expérience de soutien à des cadres de niveau C-suite dans des environnements rapides et évolutifs (fortement souhaitée).

  • MBA (atout).

The Head of Innovation is a high-impact high-trust role working directly with our co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer to build the foundation of our Innovation Department from the ground up. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity brings structure to complexity and designs systems that help innovation move fast and deliver real outcomes.

Youll define the operating model processes and rhythms that turn ideas into experiments experiments into outcomes and outcomes into capabilities that can be handed off to and powered by other teams. Youll build the tracks that allow innovation to scale beyond the Innovation team itself ensuring ideas are successfully transferred adopted and owned across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

Act as a force multiplier for the CIO.

  • Be a force multiplier for the CIO: translate vision and strategy into clear priorities sequencing and executable plans.

  • Drive executive alignment: ensure innovation initiatives are clearly articulated well understood and aligned across the leadership team.

  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility: track progress dependencies and outcomes to keep innovation aligned with company product and technology goals.

  • Surface and solve constraints early: identify risks trade-offs and bottlenecks and propose pragmatic solutions before they slow momentum.

Operations & Execution

Design and run the Innovation department engine.

  • Build and run the Innovation engine: define the operating model processes and execution rhythms that turn raw ideas into shipped scalable outcomes.

  • Drive execution end-to-end: convert ideas into structured experiments and pilots align cross-functional teams and remove constraints that slow progress.

  • Scale what works: ensure successful initiatives are cleanly handed off to core teams with clear ownership context and momentum for long-term success.

  • Set the bar: hire exceptional talent establish clear expectations for ownership and results and build a culture reflective of the CIOs DNA

Governance & Organizational Enablement

Making innovation sustainable and repeatable.

  • Make innovation repeatable: track progress outcomes and learnings to ensure insights compound over time.

  • Build lightweight governance: create clear decision frameworks that balance speed with accountability.

  • Own the operational levers: manage budgets vendors and external partners to maximize impact and efficiency.

  • Enable smart decisions: provide clear reporting and signals to guide what to scale iterate or stop.

Qualifications:

  • English proficiency is required for daily communication with international clients and colleagues.

  • 10 years of experience in operations strategy management consulting technology or a similar role within a high-growth or scale-up environment.

  • Strong technical fluency with experience working closely with engineering product or data teams to turn ideas into shipped outcomes. (preferred)

  • Proven track record taking initiatives from 01 navigating ambiguity through experimentation execution and early scaling.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • High emotional intelligence sound judgment and discretion with comfort operating as a trusted partner to a cofounder.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership-driven mindset with the ability to proactively identify and solve high-impact problems.

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in fast-paced evolving environments is strongly preferred.
