Your Role
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Eastern Canada, you will spearhead the full lifecycle of industrial development projects, from acquisition and due diligence through design and site plan approvals. You’ll lead a team of talented professionals while providing the strategic vision needed to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
This is a leadership role for an individual who understands the nuances of municipal approvals, land acquisition, and development processes, and who is ready to leave a lasting impact on the industrial landscape in Eastern Canada.
