The role requires strong experience in agency collaboration, project management,
and campaign optimization, with a preference for candidates who have worked in an agency environment.

Advantages
You will be granted full autonomy to drive critical brand decisions, effectively shaping the vision and long-term strategy of a rapidly evolving startup. This role uniquely blends the agility and fast pace of a new venture with the significant financial backing and resources of a major multinational corporation.

E-Commerce & Amazon: Coordinate with agencies on marketplace operations and ad optimization.

Reporting & Performance Analysis: Review agency reports, validate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Skills:
Agency Management Expertise (Required): Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors; ability to provide clear briefs, evaluate creative/media plans, and drive accountability.

- collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French
- attend essential training, meetings or conferences held outside Quebec, which are presented in English
participate in company-wide Canadian/Global town hall meetings and management information sessions, which are presented in English
