As we continue to grow we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Purchasing Specialist to join our team at our Markham office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for toys games collectibles and specialty merchandise.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors distributors and manufacturers.
• Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to effectively plan restocks and new product acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and retail teams to ensure the right products reach the right stores at the right time.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and guarantee timely processing.
• Analyze sales performance and product lifecycle to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues related to delivery or product discrepancies.
• Research new trends products and suppliers to continuously expand our assortment.
• Coordinate with accounting and warehouse teams on invoicing and receiving matters.
