YOUR ROLE :
As a real estate assistant, you will assist notaries in their mandates. Your duties will include :
- Prepare, modify, and revise different types of legal documents related to real estate (mortgage deeds, deeds of sale, etc.;
- Gather information from various platforms to assist in the notary's mandate;
- Be in contact with clients, insurers, municipalities and all other persons or organizations involved in the file;
- Carry out a rigorous follow-up of the documentation and files;
- Draft various types of correspondence;
- Be responsible for the drafting, digitization, and billing.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
DVS in legal secretarial studies or equivalent training / experience;Experience in a similar position;Good command of French language;Good knowledge of English, an asset;Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite;Organizational skills, autonomy and versatility;Thoroughness, attention to detail and discretion;Knowledge of the real estate industry, an asset.INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
