Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our client in Mississauga, Ontario, on a long-term contract basis (12 month with a potential for extension). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation by overseeing the execution of cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment between technology, product, and business teams. Your ability to streamline processes, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes will be key to your success in this position.Responsibilities : - Collaborate with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into actionable plans and ensure operational readiness.- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in product delivery to improve efficiency and adoption.- Manage the day-to-day execution of technology and product initiatives, including governance, reporting, and communication.- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and address risks to maintain accountability and progress.- Facilitate cross-functional sessions and retrospectives to ensure clarity and alignment.- Create and implement change readiness plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes.- Track and analyze adoption metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize outcomes.- Design and deliver targeted communications, training materials, and engagement plans to drive successful implementation- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, product operations, or revenue operations.- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and large-scale product rollouts.- You can synthesize information into actionable plans. Hands-on expertise with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.- Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear and engaging presentations and training materials.- Experience in tracking and analyzing metrics to measure success and inform adjustments.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
