Senior Intake Analyst

Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire a Senior Intake Analyst for their team with an initial 1 year contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid i.e. every Wednesday each week and every third Friday of the month in the office for their Toronto office.

Key Accountabilities :

o Manage multiple initiatives at the same time, leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle and present deliverables to all stakeholders. o Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams that includes developers, testers, user experience and content writers to create and deliver content changes to our websites.

o Work alongside Product Owners and other Intake Analysts to assess project intakes, define scope and provide cost estimates to business partners.

Must-Have Requirements :

o Minimum 2 years as an intake analyst using digital platforms

o 2-4 years of related experience

o Digital experience : Be digitally savvy with an inherent and keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. Easily adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.

o Communication - Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of businesses and teams within Digital.

o Planning and Organizing - A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams. You are a prioritizing machine.

o Interpersonal skills / Collaborative communication / Relationship building :

excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and engagement skills both verbal and written.
