Currently we are partnered with a premier Canadian financial services institution in search of a highly talented Senior FCCM Developer to drive innovation in their financial compliance monitoring systems.

Job Summary :

Join a dynamic team where youll architect and develop sophisticated financial compliance monitoring solutions using Python FCCM and SQL. Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement new features using Python FCCM and SQL that enhance financial compliance monitoring capabilities
  • Lead technical troubleshooting initiatives and provide innovative solutions for complex compliance scenarios
  • Drive collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated compliance solutions
  • Transform complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
  • Guide the team through development testing and user acceptance phases
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in a distributed work environment
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape technical strategy and implementation approaches

    • Qualifications :

  • Youve developed deep expertise in Python development and database technologies particularly with Oracle SQL and PL / SQL
  • You bring significant experience with Oracle Mantas and financial compliance systems
  • Youve successfully led technical teams in remote / hybrid environments
  • Youre passionate about continuous learning and applying new technologies to solve complex problems
  • You have experience in the financial services industry and understand compliance challenges
  • Youre authorized to work in Canada
  • Your communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
