Bilingual Agile Coach (Part Time)
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Part Time Bilingual Agile Coach for a 2-3-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work 1x / week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON.
Language Requirements
Bilingual in French and English essential.
Key Tasks
- To help, support and facilitate the agile practices, provide training, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies
- Proficient in executing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods on multiple teams
- Help teams self-organize and collaborate effectively
- Teach and mentor teams on Agile best practices (Scrum Masters, Kanban Leads, and Product Owners)
- Determine appropriate metrics for standard measurement
- Enable change in working ways and implements systems thinking to uncover problems
- Help team members navigate challenges and adopt the agile mindset
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in executing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods on multiple teams
- Able to teach and mentor teams on Agile best practices (Scrum Masters, Kanban Leads, and Product Owners)
- Able to help team members navigate challenges and adopt the agile mindset
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT project management and project implementation processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team leadership skills
