Your new role

As the Treasury Director, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and lead all treasury operations. You’ll be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, overseeing financing strategies, and mitigating financial risks. This role will also involve maintaining strong banking relationships, implementing treasury systems, and driving continuous process improvements to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial stability.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing daily cash positioning and forecasting
• Overseeing credit facilities and financing arrangements
• Developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
• Leading the implementation and optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Enhancing treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position based in Montréal-Est, QC.
