Michel Germain Parfums is one of the world’s pre-eminent suppliers of men’s and women’s perfumes, eau de toilettes, beauty creams and other related products. Our more than 1,000 products are in demand around the world and can be found in prestigious outlets such as Macy’s and JC Penney, or on-line via Amazon, MichelGermain and elsewhere.

We’re looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ground, air, and ocean shipments, strong knowledge of customs documentation, shipping routing experience, and proficiency with NetSuite. You’ll handle shipment coordination from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments (ground, air, and ocean).
• Manage transportation routing through customer websites and portals (e.g., Macy’s, JC Penney, Amazon, and others).
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations (CERS), and Dangerous Goods Declarations.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, maintain shipment logs, and report KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or customs issues proactively.

Salary & Location :

This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) based at the company’s warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2).

Salary will be determined based on experience.
