100 remote - Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking on behalf of our client an engineering firm a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience along with business development ss.

Reporting to the President and working closely with the Geotechnical Team Leader the engineer will be responsible for overseeing and conducting geotechnical studies for a diverse clientele including industrial and commercial companies private clients municipalities and government agencies.

Responsibilities :

• Leverage your geotechnical expertise to support the team in developing service proposals emphasizing the excellence of the proposed solutions;
• Provide technical supervision of project managers and ensure adherence to procedures;
• Implement solutions based on soil and material investigations;
• Conduct geotechnical studies according to current standards to evaluate bearing capacity settlement liquefaction potential slope ility road structure dam ility etc.;
• Prepare highquality technical reports and reviews.
