Caparis is op zoek naar een Supplychain manager voor 36 uur per week die zich op alle niveaus van de supplychain thuis voelt.
Over de functie
Het werkbedrijf van Caparis is op zoek naar een deskundige en daadkrachtige Supply chain manager. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een zo ordelijk en efficiënt mogelijke stroom van goederen en diensten van Caparis naar de klant.
Je werkt vooral vanuit Drachten maar zult daarnaast ook regelmatig op onze andere vestigingen in Heerenveen en Leeuwarden zijn.
- Je geeft op natuurlijke wijze leiding aan de productiebureaus, magazijnen en kwaliteitsafdelingen binnen het werkbedrijf van Caparis.
- Je signaleert ruimte voor verbetering en geeft richting aan het ontwerpen en implementeren van nieuwe processen.
- Je bent een natuurlijke sparringpartner voor klanten en collega’s.
- Met jouw analytische en commerciële instelling weet jij de juiste afwegingen te maken en deze op de juiste manier over te brengen.
- Je rapporteert aan de manager van het werkbedrijf.
Wat vragen we van jou?
- Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
- Je bent analytisch sterk en je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen;
- Je communiceert helder en duidelijk;
- Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid en bent een teamspeler;
- Doen wat je zegt is voor jou belangrijk;
- Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over een uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen.
