RN CCU

The Role : As an RN in the Coronary Care Unit, you will provide specialized and compassionate care to patients with severe cardiac conditions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to monitor patient status, administer treatments, and manage emergencies, ensuring high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality care to patients with severe cardiac conditions, including administering medications and performing advanced interventions.
• Continuously monitor patient vitals and cardiac health, making timely assessments and adjustments to care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and critical situations, providing prompt and accurate interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit operations.
