Your new role
As the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will be working alongside 2 other Directors. You will be responsible for a team of 12, including operational staff, finance staff, IT employees, and more.
Some responsibilities include :
- Overseeing all financial processes
- Overseeing Payroll
- Budgeting
- Auditing
- IFRS Compliance
- Corporate Services : Rentals, Leases, Insurance
- IT Team + Services
- Policies, Procedures, and Operational Analysis
What you'll need to succeed
- Non-Profit Industry experience is preferred
- CPA Designation is preferred
- Clear communicator, innovative + able to enact positive operational change, detail-oriented
- Management experience required
- Strong financial acumen with relevant years of experience in a similar role, or a candidate ready for this next step in their career
