Senior Product Manager Note : This role is hybrid - 3 day(s) in office and 2 day(s) remote. The impact you’ll make As a Senior Product Manager, Personalization you will collaborate with teams from across the organization to develop and evolve our highly innovative, AI-powered Personalization platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and owning a roadmap that enables experimentation, optimizes data collection, analysis, measurement, and automates reporting functionalities.

Your expertise will shape our platform's capabilities in leveraging customer insights to provide a tailored shopping experience that delivers highly relevant content at every customer touchpoint, both on-site (web and app) and off-site (digital messaging and social media channels).

We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience while considering the needs of our colleagues as well, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big.

As Senior Product Manager, you will need to exhibit the ability to make the hard, high-judgment trade-offs, and work in a fast-paced, analytical and experimentation-driven environment to drive scale.

The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with product management skill-set, ecommerce, technical fluency (you must feel comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts with engineering and data scientists) and a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial approach.

What you’ll do :

  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, customer journeys, competition, and technology.
  • Own the roadmap, development, and execution of a service that is critical to driving personalization across our ecommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX / UI, marketing, and merchandizing to deliver high-quality products.
  • Design and conduct A / B testing and other experimentation methods to validate and refine product features and enhancements.
  • Help define transactional and long-term, downstream impact metrics to monitor and analyze product performance, and use insights to drive product improvements.
  • Understand and anticipate customer and colleague needs to ensure our product is relevant, engaging, and desirable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ecommerce personalization and AI and use them to shape a future-proofed vision for your product.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of product management experience. 1-2 years of people management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with experiment design principles, A / B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with data and statistical analysis. Knowledge of machine learning, SQL, and predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with digital messaging channels (such as email, SMS / RCS, push notifications) is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics visualization and tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus
  • Experience working on a personalization platform is a plus.
  • Technical product management experience or similar, such as building API products or platform services.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, can easily build relationships at every level of an organization, and have been part of large, cross-functional teams that are working to solve complex problems.
  • Experience taking a concept from idea to launch, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team however you can.
  • Customer-first approach to building products, leveraging research and data paired with empathy to build solutions that customers love and use repeatedly.
  • Clear communicator - both written and verbal - and able to explain technical needs and considerations to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.
  • You have prior experience building and managing scalable platforms.
  • You understand and can instill product management principles and best practices.
  • You have built strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organization and influenced them to bring a product vision to life.
  • You have a growth mindset you know there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to disrupt the status quo.
