Overview : Watershed Management Consulting seeks skilled professionals for three part-time roles supporting the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia's "Return to Work Evolution" initiative (2024–2030). This project focuses on improving Return to Work (RTW) outcomes through operational and behavioral changes.
Roles & FTE :
Lead a project workstream, oversee team resources, manage scope and timelines, and drive behavior-focused organizational changes.
Compensation : CAD $70–$110 / hour Requirements : 5+ years managing large-scale projects; PMP or Agile experience preferred.
Maintain schedules, coordinate logistics, track deliverables, and support project operations.
Compensation : CAD $60–$100 / hour Requirements : 2+ years scheduling large-scale projects; MS Project proficiency.
Analyze processes, gather requirements, develop documentation, and support workshops.
Compensation : CAD $60–$110 / hour Requirements : 2+ years business analysis; workshop facilitation and documentation experience.
