SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS 2025-2026

Riverside School Board is seeking dedicated substitute teachers to fulfill replacement requests. We invite applications from qualified candidates who possess a Brevet or a valid teaching permit, or those holding a degree in Education. We also welcome applications from unqualified candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience working / volunteering with students.

Qualifications :

Priority will be given to candidates with :

• A Brevet
• A valid teaching permit
• A degree in Education
• Unqualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree  and valid work / volunteer experience with students.

Compensation : Youth :

Qualified : $63.14 / hr (+4% vacation pay)

Adult :

Qualified : $82.77 / hr (+4% vacation pay)
