What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Analyze, document, and improve company-wide e-commerce and omnichannel business processesGather, validate, and communicate business stakeholder requirementsAssess the implications of proposed changes on systems and processesProvide recommendations for optimizing systems, applications, and business processesAssist and coach business users during implementation and hypercare phasesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the direct-to-customer (DTC) business domain with a strong focus on e-commerceDeep understanding of standard processes, models, and KPIs related to omnichannel, e-commerce, and retail channelsStrong familiarity with e-commerce adjacent processes such as content management, order management, and inventory managementExperience in technology-oriented roles or digital transformation initiativesRelevant education in Business Analysis or equivalent work experienceHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
