At The Sports Medicine Specialists & SDK Bracing you will work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, as well as a Sports Medicine Doctor. There are many opportunities for mentoring, from a pelvic therapist, to an FCAMPT Physiotherapist, as well as a collaborative work environment. We have a friendly atmosphere with long term staff.

The majority of our patients are private patients, mixed in with some Motor Vehicle and Post-Op patients, making less paperwork and more time to focus on your patient's care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• FCAMPT Levels 1-4 an asset
• Interest in sports/working with high level athletes an asset
• Experience working in an outpatient rehab clinic considered an asset

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
• Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
• Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic.
• Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
