About the Role
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking two Mail Administrators. This entry-level role supports daily mail and courier operations, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, open, sort, and deliver incoming / outgoing mail and courier packages
- Process print jobs, fill envelopes, and operate mail machines
- Handle shipping / receiving (including lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Sort and distribute correspondence and branch bags
- Provide customer service in person, by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all mail and courier operations
Requirements
Experience in administration, mail / courier services, or customer serviceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbsHigh school diploma (minimum)Nice to Have
